No Return, No Refund & No Exchange Policy
All purchases made through MicroFix Solutions are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed, processed, or shipped.
Due to the technical nature of our products and their use in industrial, electronic, and testing applications, we cannot accept returned items for resale.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed and payment has been received.

Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:

Incorrect compared to your confirmed order,
