The CKS-003 Series Spring Test Probe is a precision-engineered contact probe built for reliable electrical testing in demanding industrial environments. Manufactured using premium beryllium copper plungers with gold-plated contact surfaces and phosphor bronze barrels, the CKS-003 series offers outstanding electrical performance, durability, and mechanical reliability.
Its robust construction makes it suitable for PCB testing, functional testing (FCT), in-circuit testing (ICT), semiconductor inspection, battery contact testing, connector verification, and automated production fixtures. Multiple interchangeable tip styles and receptacle options provide maximum flexibility for custom testing applications.
The CKS-003 Series features a 33.0 mm overall length, Ø2.02 mm barrel diameter, 6.35 mm maximum stroke, and 4.4 mm recommended working stroke. Standard models support 5A current, ≤20 mΩ contact resistance, and over 100,000 operating cycles.
