The CKS-100 Series Spring Test Probe is engineered for precision electrical testing where consistent contact performance and durability are essential. Manufactured with premium beryllium copper contacts, phosphor bronze barrels, and hard gold plating, the CKS-100 series delivers excellent conductivity and dependable long-term operation.
Its robust construction, multiple probe configurations, interchangeable tip styles, and various receptacle options make it ideal for PCB testing, functional testing (FCT), in-circuit testing (ICT), connector validation, semiconductor inspection, and automated production fixtures.
The CKS-100 Series features a 33.3–35.4 mm overall length, Ø1.37 mm barrel diameter, 6.35 mm maximum stroke, and 4.3 mm recommended working stroke, providing excellent performance for industrial electronic testing applications. Typical models support 5A current with ≤20 mΩ contact resistance.
